Information about data collection on this site, its purposes, and what we don't do with it. Updated September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

Your quote form needs six pieces of information: gender, birthdate, your health status in your own words, tobacco use, coverage amount desired, and term selection. We transmit this to the carriers' quote engine for pricing but do not save it on our servers. Your name, street address, phone, or email are never requested to view rates. If you submit the same information again, a brief cache may provide the previous results without contacting carriers a second time.

Applying

If you select Apply, your provided information fills a secure form run by the carriers, and their privacy rules apply from that point forward. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), processes your application.

The contact form

Your contact form information—name, email, optional phone, desired response method, topic, and message—goes straight to the agency by email with your email as the return address. We store no copies, maintain no message database, and keep no content records. Before your message leaves your browser, spam protection runs briefly on your device.

Measurement

We count visits using first-party, no-cookie analytics from our own domain. Cookies and identifiers are never written to your device; your IP address is partially obfuscated before we store it; referrer information is stripped; logs older than 90 days are removed. Your browser's Do Not Track or Privacy Control settings will prevent your inclusion in measurements.

What we do not do

We do not buy, sell, or redistribute your personal data, place advertising pixels on the site, or run third-party measurement services. The exception is the application page, where the carriers' code runs, and only when you visit that page.
